Join us for a special celebration of abolitionist art exhibits that will be featured permanently at Planting Justice’s new Farm Store & Nursery in El Sobrante, CA, plus a screening of the award winning film The Strike, a feature-length documentary telling the story of the California prisoner-led hunger strike against solitary confinement, which led to largest hunger strike in U.S. history! Immediately following the screening will be a panel discussion about the ongoing movement to end solitary confinement, and the intersection of art and activism.
